General website information
This website provides general information about Kronos Konstruction, its services, service area, and examples of prior field work. Website content is not engineering, architectural, legal, code, permit, or professional plumbing advice.
Quote requests are not contracts
Submitting a quote request does not create a contract, guarantee acceptance of a project, reserve scheduling, establish final pricing, or authorize work. Scope, price, schedule, responsibilities, permit requirements, insurance requirements, and payment terms should be confirmed in an applicable written agreement before work begins.
Licensed and permitted work
Where New York City law or agency rules require a Licensed Master Plumber or other licensed professional, the applicable licensed work, filings, permits, inspections, and professional responsibilities must be performed, controlled, or coordinated as required by law. The website currently states that licensed water and sewer work is coordinated with Licensed Master Plumber #2535.
Project conditions
Site conditions, underground utilities, access, soil, depth, street or sidewalk rules, agency restrictions, inspection requirements, and conditions discovered after excavation can affect scope, timing, feasibility, and price. Project-specific obligations are determined by the written project documents and applicable law, not by general website descriptions.
Photos and map
Project photos are provided as examples of field work and may not represent the exact conditions of a future project. The service-area map is a visual overview of the five New York City boroughs and is not intended as a survey, property-boundary map, engineering map, or permit map.
